Meet Dr. Dietra
Dr. Dietra D. Hawkins, Psy.D., the CEO and Founder of Both And Partners, is a licensed Clinical Psychologist. She serves as a speaker, author, researcher, executive coach, and visionary, dedicated to equipping forward-thinking leaders with the tools, support and strategies needed to create transformative change.
Dr. Dietra also acts as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale University’s Program for Recovery Health, where her research and work focus on systems change and community engagement. She was recently awarded the 2025 Dr. Peter Hayden Diversity, Inclusivity, and Racial Equity Award from the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers.
Beyond her profession, Dr. Dietra is a proud mother, wife, Black Catholic, and ally for individuals in recovery. She is a passionate reader, dance enthusiast, and Memphis, TN native. Her work is grounded in faith, integrity, and a deep love for bringing people together to foster healing and connection.
