I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist who holds a faculty appointment as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale University School of Medicine, Program for Recovery and Community Health. I have spent nearly two decades helping individuals, communities, and organizations apply research-based approaches to diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am a published author and frequent speaker for workshops addressing Appreciative approaches toward system change, Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC), Asset-Based Community Development and Inclusion, and the Healing of Racism.
I am also a mother, a wife, a Black Catholic, and an ally for all people in recovery. I am a book and dance enthusiast from Memphis, TN. I use she/her pronouns. My work is rooted in the values of faith, integrity, humility, collaboration, and inclusion. I love my work because, on a basic level, it is about bringing people together to facilitate healing.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
As a clinical psychologist, Ann has extensive experience working in prisons, hospitals, and state systems. Her private practice focuses on diverse older neurodivergent perfectionists, often coping with medical issues and grief. A self-described nerdy geek living in the Arizona mountains with her partner and their parrot, Ann brings a passion for systems, organization, and team building with appreciative approaches to Both And Partners.

GROWTH & OPPORTUNITIES DIRECTOR
Inspired by her faith, Toni has dedicated her life to serving others by building relationships that aim to facilitate equity and healing. Toni cultivates meaningful conversations focusing on healing racism and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and recovery-oriented systems of care. Through the development of strategic partnerships and sustainable solutions, Toni has been able to facilitate meaningful growth within communities. Toni is a person in long-term recovery who enjoys quality time with family and friends and Braves Baseball.

As an attorney, advocate, and facilitator, Sara has over two decades of professional experience working with people and organizations seeking to make transformational and socially just change. Sara specializes in Executive Coaching and Organizational Development, Cultural Competency and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Facilitation, Community Engagement and Anti-Racism Training. Her work also includes Federal, State, and Local Policy Development. She is the Owner and General Counsel of SJT Partners Law & Consulting
