How the six week cohort works:
Each week you’ll receive a short 20 - 30 minute video to review on your own time.
Each week there will be a 75 minute live zoom session with the cohort. During the live session there will be time to reflect on the video content and discuss application & practice of learned concepts.
Between sessions you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other cohort members to share ideas, best practices, and to build relationships.
To maintain an intimate and interactive learning experience, we have limited spots available.

🌱 Personal Growth: To be effective facilitators we need to be aware of our own biases and cultural filters. Embark on a personal growth journey where you’ll examine your own biases, expand your empathy, and refine your leadership skills.
