Sign up to be a part of DEI Connections Cohort 2. The Cohort will meet for one hour, twice a week for three weeks. Please only register if you can commit to participating in all modules. Here are the modules, dates, and times:

Session #1 — Dialogue vs. Debate
In the first module of the series, we discuss the differences between dialogue and debate and show why dialogue builds a better foundation for conversation about racial equity.
Session #2 — Understanding Systemic Racism
In this session, we go over key terms and allegories for understanding Systemic Racism. Please take the time to watch the three videos below.

In this session, we talk about what it means to be an ally alongside different groups of people who are pushed to the margins of society.
