As racial and ethnic health, economic, and environmental disparities continue to persist and become clearer, people are being asked to reimagine what can be done. Unfortunately, the steps for achieving and sustaining effective change continue to elude many organizational leaders, managers, and other community and business partners. While we don’t have all the answers, we can support you and others on this journey.

We help prepare facilitators to be a vital presence in supporting others on their journey of discovery and exploration. This workshop provides an opportunity for potential facilitators to understand and become comfortable with their role.
