This is why I started Foundress.

I have worked with Leaders ushering in new programs, big initiatives, and provided support during planned and unplanned mergers.

Based on 15 plus years of supporting other women of color, facilitating and guiding various Community Engagement activities, and inspiring Appreciative Leadership through workshops and individual coaching, I have learned that we need a curated space that combines community, coaching and joy to best support leaders like you.

Equity work is often about shifting a culture, not holding the tide back or just building bridges, we must learn to be agile and redirect energy toward what is true, good and possible.

Foundress offers a mix of community, coaching and resources to help you create the internal change that will sustain your organizational initiatives. Do the inner work to inspire the policy and system change needed to stick. We support you in getting grounded in your purpose, and clarify the practices you need to avoid burnout. We help you show up as your best self.

Join the Foundress Equity Leadership Cohort

- Each cohort begins with participation in 12 weekly 60-minute sessions.
- A community of practice where you can feel seen, learn from and encourage other leaders like you.
- 6 months of community support with me and 3 months open access for a guest.

- If you are fielding complaints and comments about what is or is not happening in your organization’s transformation efforts, then this cohort is for you.
- If you have felt alone and burned out, this cohort is for you.
The Cohort will meet once per week for 60 minutes in a live Zoom session over the course of 12 weeks.

The weekly commitment will be less than 2 hours. Each week we will recommend an exercise or video for you to review, we want you to give each activity 20-30 min.
We’re inviting you to reserve your spot for $801 for new members, 12-week cohort.
Unlike attending a training where you might learn new information, this opportunity will allow you to practice, to test out the resources and tools over time, and get support specific to your journey. After this cohort ends, each cohort will shape the types of ongoing support and community they want and need to stay grounded in their purpose.
The Library of resources will be available for the next 6 months.
You will have the option to get a full year of support for $135 a month.
