During the cohort, participants will learn how to use the Both And Framework to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into your organization's practices, policies and procedures. Our Cohort is a dynamic and immersive six-week program designed for individuals who are looking for the tools, resources, and support they need to facilitate lasting change.
