Our Transformational Leadership Cohort is a live, dynamic and immersive two-week intensive cohort designed for individuals who are looking for the tools, resources, and support they need to facilitate lasting change.

  • Four 2-hour live sessions over two weeks (meeting twice per week) 

  • Each session includes interactive content, breakout discussions, and time to reflect on application & practice of learned concepts.

  • Pre-session preparation materials sent before each week's sessions to help you arrive ready to engage.

  • 30-day follow-up touchpoint to sustain your learning and momentum beyond the intensive.
