Dr. Dietra Hawkins is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale University School of Medicine, Program for Recovery and Community Health.
With over 20 years of experience, she's worked nationally and internationally with government agencies, healthcare systems, schools, law enforcement, and organizations seeking transformational change.
Her work focuses on healing-centered leadership, appreciative inquiry, systems change, and building cultures of belonging.
